How knowing a document will be interacted via LLM changes the production of LLM process?

Nowadays, it is easy to give a document to an LLM and talk with the LLM about the document, asking questions, inferring counterfactual scenario, etc. However, the process of creating documents has not changed much. How can we explore this production dynamics?
