Libraries are established inclusion anchors but lack tailored support. This idea leverages AI to create "digital navigators" that adapt to users’ skills/needs—e.g., voice-guided tutorials for older adults or agricultural fintech interfaces for farmers. Unlike one-size-fits-all training, AI could dynamically scaffold learning (e.g., simplifying UIs for low-literacy users). We’d pilot this in rural libraries, measuring adoption vs. traditional programs. Novelty: Merges SDG linkage with emerging tech, addressing "outcome-level divides."
