The twin would simulate network behavior, predict hotspots or vulnerabilities before they occur, and orchestrate proactive interventions (e.g., resource reallocation, dynamic encryption). This synthesis—combining digital twin concepts (common in industrial IoT) with programmable, quantum-secured, and AI-optimized O-RAN/Ethernet infrastructure—is a powerful new direction for self-healing, highly secure, and resilient 5G/6G networks.
